  I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the additional per-mile charges applied to my recent rental. These charges were not clearly communicated at the time of booking and came as an unwelcome surprise when I received the final bill. The lack of transparency around this pricing structure feels misleading and, frankly, unfair to customers who reasonably expect the quoted rental price to reflect the actual cost. Clear disclosure of mileage limitations and associated fees should be standard practice. I was giving NATIONAL a chance, but definitely I will not use it again.
