- RRRey3 days ago1.0Took my pickup for some body repairs to driver rear fender (bed) of my pickup. So although they notified me weekly on the status of my vehicle and they even delivered it to my home address. Despite the notifications and the delivery as well as the decent job done on the body, they managed to drive my vehicle with no backup camera no tail lights no turn signals no brake lights for an hour to my residence. Not only that I noticed a missing seal under the hood my driver rear window sounds like it rolls down, but the window stays up and in place. My driver door latch was missing a bolt causing air to leak in while in motion. And when I brought this all to the attention of Gerber Collision and glass repair They promised to refund of my deductible, which now has been. I’m sure over a month and I still haven’t gotten the refund that they said they would return.
