  I really had an amazing experience with my rental. Hunter Sundre is the representative that assisted me , he was patient, kind and very professional , I had to make changes on my rental twice and he was still very professional and assure me it was not an issue. We will be coming back to this location in the future , he earned our business for life . I also notice how happy and friendly the other staff members was assisting others . Great job & Outstanding customer service .

  I called 3 different times and had them on speaker for my friend and husband to hear the conversation. I asked ahead of time if I rent a car in my name and add a driver, does the added driver need to have a major credit card in their name? And they said NO. I spoke to them 3 different times and all three times the man told me no!! We arrive at enterprise for the general manager at this location to say the added driver needs a major credit card in their name to be a driver. He blamed the misinformation given to me on a new employee. Then he proceeded to say he will try to help us and called his higher up and then said sorry couldn’t get ahold Of her, I can’t help you today. WAISTED OUR TIME!! I’ll never be back.

  I had reserved with another company, they were rude and it didn’t work. I needed to get to Fort Worth for medical tests the next day. All of the cars were sold out with all the rental agencies, I saw Enterprise truck rentals, reserved a truck, ran down to local Enterprise to pick up, Connor apologized and let me know that all his trucks were pulled off from rentals to get recall work done. He offered to call the other Enterprise, he spoke with Hunter, he just had a car turned in 29 minutes before Connor’s call. He told Connor to send me over and he would have the car ready for me. They were so helpful and thoughtful and were able to get me out of panic mode!!! I will use Enterprise from now on. Lisa L

  Trip started bad when another service left me hanging. Enterprise saved it. Even with whatever was going on in town, they helped get me a great car. I'm bad with names but the guy at the counter helping me with all my frustrations, should be commended.

  Was a big hassel when I got there after I called and made sure what I needed and I brought it all in i will never recommend this location
