  Went to the souncy location and got a rental yesterday. Great customer service and got an awesome vehicle for the day. I will return in the future.

  I had called Saturday , it now being Monday morning. I spoke with a representative Saturday said they would rent to them as they do not have a credit card. Luke was mad rude I was explaining my situation & how we have rented with the before and explaining the fees we had been charged and he was like well who works here just rude and unprofessional. He was disrespectful. Do not go to this location!

  This location’s staff was very knowledgeable of the newer technology on vehicles. They were very service oriented and did what they could to find me a vehicle when I suddenly needed on. The staff was kind and professional. It was a great experience.

  Frequent customer but no longer. Terrible customer service and local employees could care less about running off customers.
