  Great experience, professional staff took care of me and changed the oil very quick. Derek also answered my questions about oil life percentage my truck displays and was extremely helpful. He also gave me a discounted price due to cabin and air filters being replaced. Definitely recommend!

  I am a regular customer at the valvoline on western. Robert is always here qhen I come and takes good care of me amd my vehicle. He is the only one that I k ow of at this location that can get to my cabin filter without breaking anything. He makes it look easy. He always greets me with a smile and is super friendly. I hope he continues to be at this location. This location is awesome and I will keep coming back.

  By far the best place to go for any of your auto service needs. The guys here are fast, honest, and professional. They treat your vehicle like their own and they treat you like a friend. Everything will be done correctly and they will inform you of any issues they see with your vehicle.

  I had a great experience friday when I went to get my brake lights fixed. I was greeted by employees and Derek was quick to help me and get me back on the road. I was amazed with the customer service!! I’m not from Amarillo but do spend time out here and customer service is awful everywhere. These guys though made me feel welcomed and I couldn’t be happier with their service!! I will definitely be coming here again and telling my Amarillo people!
