I thought $80 would be enough for an oil change, and I was definitely wrong. They helped me get the best oil option for my Beetle, and they kept me up to date on my battery and my air filter. Most of all they were very constructive in helping me pay for my service. Derek the manager took my $25 dollar off coupon and added some extra to ensure I’d be okay. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Derek and Robert for ensuring I was taken care of and thank you for not making me feel stupid about my mistake. As a woman, it was refreshing to experience. I will always go Valvoline and you should too!! They will always take care of you.

- DDDaniele de Oliveira (Dani)Oct 23, 20251.0I GOT RIPPED OFF AT THIS PLACE!! Came in for an oil change on Saturday October 18th with a Groupon code for it. Never had problems using Groupon for Valvoline in any other state. Showed my phone as soon as they started working on my car and at the end the staff tells me “your total is 82.33” I’m like “what do you mean? I paid with the Groupon, is it just the total and I need to pay a difference?” (Because usually we have to pay taxes out of the Groupon) he said “yes”. I gave him my card, he gave me the invoice and as I was reading it trying to understand the price breakdown he rushes me out. It wasn’t until the end of the night when I was already in another state that I realized he charged me for the whole thing. The fact that I had just reminded him I gave him the Groupon makes me believe he double charged me on purpose!! Called them on Sunday. They said they would get back to me in 24 hours. Somebody called me on Monday, got the information on the Groupon code, a week has gone by and still there is no refund on my credit card. I’m not even getting paid thanks to government shutdown and the last thing I needed was to be short on $80 bucks because somebody that had one job to do decided to double charge me. I paid twice for the same oil service. Give me my money back!! Issuing a refund should be as simple as that guy pressing the button for the Groupon.
