- LBLuke ButlerDec 3, 20251.0DO NOT GO HERE! If you value the paint job on your car/truck. This car wash has a known issue with throwing vehicles off of the tracks into the cleaning machines. They were aware of the issue because they had said they “thought it was fixed” but have had multiple cars also thrown off. Well this happened to myself in my car and caused damage to my paint with deep scratches, and my oil pan cover was damaged and also threw my alignment completely out. I filled out a claim sheet in the office and went about my business, returned about 2 months later to check up because I haven’t heard anything and the paper I filled out was completely covered in blue Gatorade. Filled another form out and then I tried reaching out to the Take5 corporate office and they said these types of matters can only be dealt with by the store. So again I highly recommend that you DO NOT GO HERE!!
