Instead of owning it, they tried to gaslight me and flat-out denied their own nationwide warranty, as if customers won't check what Safelite publicly advertises. That alone tells me everything I need to know about how this company operates. Because of their negligence, l'm now facing over $1,000 in replacement costs and have had to waste my time preparing legal action just to recover the $154 they took for doing the job wrong. If this isn't resolved, I will have no problem dragging this through small claims court, filing complaints with state attorneys general, and documenting every step of this mess publicly. I'm done being polite about a company that clearly has no issue taking money and dodging responsibility. Safelite's business model seems to be: rush the work, deny the warranty, and hope the customer gives up. I won't. They lie about refunding me but not actually doing it then keep bouncing me around to people who never call back. Pathetic. Three months this has been going on.
