- HTHunter TsaiFeb 22, 20263.0Went today to get a wash today and price is not bad for a quick rinse. They do wipe down the windows and fix your mirrors after the blow dry. Vacuums weren’t bad and they do provide microfiber towels for you to use. That being said when my wife and I were drying off the car we saw that there were scratches on the hood that were not there before. We notified the assistant manager and he went ahead and did an incident report. He walked us through the process and took pictures of the scratches. We reported it at 12:30 and at 1pm we got the confirmation email with our claim number. They said that the manager was out today and tomorrow and a normal response would take 3 business days from when the manager gets back. So Friday we are expecting a response. For the pictures the first 4 were taken at the car wash. The next 4 were taken back at our place with some better lighting. The last photo is the most recent one of our car before the car wash for reference. There are a lot of negative reviews about them not fixing damages to other customers cars. If they reach out and are able to assist or if they get back saying that the damages were not from them then I will update this review. Let’s see if the bad reviews are true.
