  Abe was fabulous and very pleasant. He works hard and spoke to me about upgrading and made sure all the vacuums worked and wiped my car down after the wash. Keep him and give him a raise!

  Abe was very nice helpful and very pleasant the business is always clean the equipment is excellent the best in town it helps so you can do what you need to do in a good timely matter so don't just take my word go for it

  Damaged our (factory) vehicle. Took a MONTH of trying to contact the manager… tens of phone calls (their answering service is a joke) and multiple trips to the location. They finally sent a passive aggressive email that they wouldn’t cover the damage to my step rail despite the fact it fell within all of their terms and conditions of coverage. As if the gross smelling water and constantly broken vacuums weren’t bad enough… just know, they have zero interest in taking care of customers. Recommend IQ any day over this place! Read the reviews- we aren’t the only ones.

  Worst car wash! Got home and discovered that the right side was still dirty, like the car wasn't even touched. Took it back, and was told that some of the brushes needed maintenance, but no one was available to service them. (Why would this place be open then?!) They sent me back through, and I noticed that the right brushes indeed weren't aligned close enough. Got my car home again and had to "wash" certain places myself! I will never go to Quick Quack again... anywhere. I'll happily pay top dollar at IQ!
