Overly pushy sales tactics, lackluster care, and the machinery seems to be a lot less delicate and a lot less good at cleaning as the other locations. Overall, I paid for a substandard wash and I won't come back.

Despite paying for a premium wash, my vehicle was left with a large gash and several visible scratch lines along the sides—damage that was not present before entering. The automatic brushes appeared dirty and worn, and only a minimal amount of water was used during the cycle, which clearly wasn’t sufficient to rinse away grit or debris. As a result, the car did not come out clean; there were still noticeable dirt and streaks remaining. Additionally, there was an attendant stationed at the entrance for pre-washing, but he made no effort to pre-rinse or prep the vehicle, which likely contributed to the scratching. Overall, I left with a damaged and still-dirty car—an unacceptable outcome for any paid car wash service. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning.
