  the wash was horrible honestly, the workers were so friendly and apologetic loaded sprayed my car extra and the towel dryer was great and she did offer to let me go through again but i realized their equipment is just horrible and i wondered how many rude people blame them for the issues of management. The cashier I think his name was joe was very pushy on getting a membership after i told him countless times just a single wash

  This location is my favorite I just moved here and met a young guy named Dontae he made US feel welcomed and we are for sure coming back

  Dontae is so great and this location like I was a mess and very dirty but he advised me that getting the ceramic would be the best and he didn't disappoint!!Just a ball of joy he is .

  Love the free vacuum and towels to wipe car down.. the only downside is my tires need more attention than the wash gives me. Would be great if they offered that service.

  Customer service was awful, guy came out told me he was going to check my car in and told me what wash did i want and i told him the 12.99 one which is the single wash, then he said what are you looking at? and i looked at him and told him again 12.99 one the single wash and he said " can you not say a 4- letter word ?" i don't know what he meant by that, but he told me the total and i proceeded to pay he handed me my card and just walked off not a single word but just him laughing. Definitely won't come here again when I can wash my car myself and won't have to deal with that attitude, if you don't like where you work then leave! i'm also not from Amarillo and never been to a quick quack so this was a awful first impression.
