Our flight was 7 hours late to depart AMA to Houston this past Thanksgiving weekend. We decided to cancel and book a one way rental through National. Sierra and her manager worked together to find me a brand new Pacifica van, one of the last 2 rentals on the lot. They saved our trip home! We almost beat the flight home!!! AWESOME service and great vehicles! This crew is one of the best in the biz. Thanks very much Sierra. You and your team authentically CARE about your customers.
