  Helped us out in a jam driving home from an out West Trip. Got us right in great service Found the problem immediately made sure we Got back on the road safely. An improper alignment done by somebody else They fixed it Awesome service!!!!

  Have always gone to the Teckla location before today. Shout out to Tyler at Teckla for offering to fix the mistakes of their sister store. After my experience today, I do not feel the Virginia location cares about their customers, and I do not recommend coming here if you value your time. I made an appointment 2 days ago for an oil change and was quoted 1 hour. I let them upsell me some brakes as well because I'm already there and they said I needed them. 2 hours later, and they are just finishing the oil change. I was told that "appointments are just a spot reserve, and it's first come first served" but I'm the only one in the waiting room for the last hour. What? I made an appointment and was quoted 1 hour for an oil change. That's what I expected. I'm not in the wrong for taking you at your word, sir. I'm also not in the wrong for being upset when I ask at the 2 hour mark how much longer, and you tell me another 30-45 minutes. The staff wouldn't give me their supervisory info, either and told me they are the managers, so nobody else to let know about this negative experience. I thought management might be interested to know they killed the extra $300 of the sale of the brakes, without even an apology about taking double the time quoted for the oil change. Also of note, they tried to sell me tires after I bought some, from them, back in May. I spent over $800 9 months ago for these tires, and I have driven 10k miles on them. Dishonest sales practices.

  My tire light came on and I wasn’t sure if it was due to the weather or if there was an issue with my tires. I stopped by Mavis, and Riley checked my tires and let me know they were low and filled them with air at no charge. He also mentioned I was due for an oil change. PJ at the front desk gave me an estimate for the oil change, which was a great price. Everyone was very helpful and kind.
