- LLLuis LopezFeb 9, 20261.0When I purchased a pack of cigarettes at this location, the cashier asked me for my ID. I placed my ID on the counter. She then said "I need to scan it." I told her "Go ahead and scan it." She replied "Well can you flip it over so i can scan it?!" I said "There is my ID you asked for." She said "Can you flip it?" I replied "There is my ID." She responded "OH what, you cant turn it over so I can scan it?!" In a condescending tone. I informed her of the state law requiring tobacco sellers to "check state ID" not scan IDs into the system. She responded "Well I don't know the law...I only know my training video." This is very disappointing. State law requires that I provide my ID for tobacco sellers to "check" it. And that tobacco sellers must "check" ID for buyers under 30 years old. I am 47 years old. I hope leadership reviews this feedback and offers additional training on state law regarding sales and purchases of tobacco as well as customer service. This employee has terrible customer service skills and is near offensive on how she served customers. If she doesn't know state law requirements on selling tobacco products she should not be selling these products. Is she doesn't have the customer service skills to be in a customer facing position she should be relegated to a custodial position throwing trash and cleaning toilets.

Very bad and unprofessional management!
