What impressed me most is how he works with such purpose and attention to detail. He balances being personable with being quick and effective, which is rare. I even overheard how much his team appreciates him and the way he leads—always giving 100% effort, 100% of the time. It’s clear he sets the tone for the whole branch. If you’re renting in Amarillo, I highly recommend asking for Matt. He makes the experience smooth, stress-free, and always gives a good conversation.
