  I dont like that I was charged for a day I didn't get to drive the car rented because of it having issues!! Very poor customer service!! I am a enterprise frequent customer. I rented a car Saturday Nov. the 18th in amarillo tx. Anna was the worker that helped me. She always has given great customer service and really she is not the problem. The problem was Sunday when I went to start the car, it would not start. It took 5 times for it to finally start. I rented the car to attend a birthday party in Plano, tx area. My family asked me to pick up pizzas for the party so I went there & left the car running & called Anna. She asked me to turn off the car and she tried to help me try different way to start it by using the key pod it self to start the car. It would not start. It finally started after at least 15 times of trying! She told me I could take it in to the nearest location. She said to tell them to pin it & she would reimburse me for that day of rental & I was going to cram into my family's car to come back home cause i was not going to get to the nearest open Enterprise in time. Mind you this was after 12:30 that I got off the phone with her. Amarillo location closed at 1pm & all the locations in the area I was in closed earlier that 1pm & the only location that was open was in Dallas Airport & that was a hour and a half way! So I called back & got the answering service. I told him I couldn't make it to the nearest location open in time. If I could I drop it off at the Enterprise night drop & he said yes. So I did so. I did not want to be stuck on the road at night on a Sunday! Thats way i dropped it off & Anna said I would be taken care of. I got a receipt in my email being charged for the rental for Sunday! I tried serveral times calling Anna back yesterday because she knew the problem & I was told the 1st she was with a costumer and the was told at 12pm she was at lunch then again at 3pm I was told she was at lunch!!?? I was also told she would call me back & still yet she has not called me back! ( its nov.15th & still no call back or email from anyone!!!) I have never had a problem before & have several tripS before the end of the year & was planning to continue renting from but after this I'm NOT WASTING MY MONEY ON UNRELIABLE CARS!!! DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE!!!!!

  Great customer service from Luke today! Made it easy to get my rental after my truck got hit last week. Also who doesn’t want to drive a bright blue car every once in a while 👍

  Enterprise has been my choice for several years. Mrs. Anna and her staff at the Canyon location in Amarillo always go above and beyond with exceptional service. I would give them fifty stars! Excellent job Enterprise! Huge thank you.
