  The ford expedition they gave me had manufacture issues and i just felt like my family was put in danger, please check your vehicle before renting them out. Swaybar was dragging and sparking while we were on the road. Thank god nothing happened but it could have been a bad scene.

  I had an amazing experience at this particular Enterprise location on 26th Ave with the branch manager Tierra Hughes. She was so friendly, calm and patient while I was having to rent a car to visit my dying mother in another city. I didn’t understand the high deposit amount and she explained it completely and thoroughly, while I was panicking about the amount. I was in and out of there in a matter of minutes. There was no line at all, unlike the Canyon Rd location that always has a ton of people waiting for a car by the rude and untruthful young employees at that location. I’ve been renting from Enterprise for many years and this location is by far the best experience I have ever had out of all locations around the country. Tierra made sure I was able to get into a nice car and drive to see my mother over Christmas. I can not say enough good things about Tierra’s compassion and empathy with my current situation. Tierra made my day so much easier after my nightmare experience at the Canyon Rd location. I will never forget her empathetic concern for as long as I live. Her help getting me into a car at a reasonable price for a long period made my whole week better. I needed a reliable car to travel 8 hours away. I was not given any kind of discount or incentive to leave this positive review of this particular location and amazing branch manager Tierra. This location on 26th Ave is the ONLY store I’ve never had any issues with in Amarillo. I’ve been renting cars every month in Amarillo. I made the mistake of going to the location on Canyon Dr only because it’s closer. I will not be leaving a negative review of the Canyon Dr location as they already called the 26th Ave store to warn them I was a difficult customer. Not true as I’ve been renting for months and never had an issue. But now I’m afraid of retaliation by the branch manager Tawnee at Canyon Rd location. She emailed me a long rude and condescending email as I’m going through a stressful time with my mother dying. I spoke with a customer at this 26th Ave location and he said he went to this location because the Amarillo airport location had no cars left. The 26th Ave location always has a large selection of cars available and courteous customer service. You can drive by and see all the cars on the lot. They even answer the phones at this location. The afternoons are usually slower and you can get your car and go in a matter of minutes. You don’t have to wait way past your reservation time to wait for a car to be available or get cleaned, like on Canyon Rd. in Amarillo. Please consider renting from this Amarillo location ONLY! I’ve been to this location a few times. You won’t regret it. Thank you again Tierra Hughes!
