  Negative 10 stars! Worst place ever!!! Run don’t walk away from this place ! Go rent somewhere else!! Make sure to check under the hood when renting a car from them take pictures and check everything !! They charged us for a wire under the hood that we had nothing to do with it!

  I make reservation there they give me a car with license plate from Arizona. I was driving the cop pulled me over and said the car registration is expired. So the cop asked to see the car registration but when I open the glove box I see only the car manual book inside. So he hold me for an hour before he let me go and give me a warning like it my fault. I late all my schedules for that day And when I return the car and told the guy in the office he said the car is up to date paper but they don’t have sticker. I will never go back there again.

  My fiancé and I had a rental through turo, but the check engine light came on the moment we were going to drive to Colorado. Thankfully Matt was able to help us and get us going in a reliable and clean chevy trailblazer. Thank you so much Matt and the team, y'all made our vacation stress free!

  Horrible. The car they rented us was dirty, smelled of smoke, had a ton of exterior damage, the driver door squeaked terribly, the tag was taped on with packing tape, and was no where near comparable to what we needed. Once we negotiated with the Insurance for the comparable class of car Enterprise didn’t have it either. The representative from Enterprise knew we were upset with the car we were given and offered absolutely nothing to make it better. Not advice, an apology, didn’t offer to clean it up a little better, nothing. He actually just walked off. Please do not allow insurance to send you here.You obviously won’t be happy based on my experience and other reviews. I think they mostly do insurance rentals and take advantage of people who are desperate and feel like that’s the only option. It’s not. Please advocate for yourself to them and insurance companies. Do not drive off the rental lot with out a comparable, clean vehicle that you feel safe in. I called the 45th location and they at least offered some assistance even though they couldn’t do much else. They were helpful.Sometime great customer service goes a long way. However, you will not find it at the Enterprise on Soncy.
