  I had bought a part from Custom RV and when I took it home to hook it up, it was already missing parts and was damaged. I called to see about a replacement or a refund and they said that I have to go through the manufacturer. So if they sell you bad parts, its the customer responsibility to jump through hoops to make it right. They wont return the money either. Lesson learned. I wont recommend them or do business with them.

  Disappointing Experience with Custom Rv - Lack of Transparency and Overcharges We had a highly disappointing experience with Customer Rv. Initially, we were quoted a $50 service fee, but after an in-depth discussion, they failed to disclose an additional $150/hour labor fee for diagnosing the issue. The technician was friendly and replaced a fan motor in about 45 minutes, but we were shocked to receive a $750 bill, which included 2.38 hours of labor—covering not just the repair but also travel time and paperwork, plus a fan blade replacement that wasn’t needed (we were handed the perfectly fine original blade). Three weeks later, our AC stopped blowing cold air, likely due to a Freon issue. Customer Rv suggested a $1,000 unit replacement or another costly service call to diagnose further. We were frustrated that they never presented the replacement as an option during the initial $750 repair, which could have saved us money and hassle. When we visited their shop to discuss our concerns, Justin, a staff member, was unprofessional, pressuring the technician to falsely claim the fan blade was broken, despite the technician’s honesty and our possession of the original blade. The lack of upfront communication about fees, questionable charges, and poor follow-up service left us feeling misled and overcharged. We cannot recommend Custom Rv and urge others to seek more transparent and reliable service.

  I live local, and they sent a technician out on 3 different occasions to fix my slides. Each time they were there for a short time, then left. No adjustments or repairs done at any time. They were supposed to come out again and never showed up. They tried to tell me I said I was leaving town today at 10 so they didn’t come out. I told, at least, 3 people that we weren’t leaving till the following Sunday. I’ll never use them again and it’s a shame because they’re only 3 miles from my house.

  My Husband and I where traveling from Colorado and East Texas. Our trailer vent cap was missing and we had a long drive with rain the whole trip. We stop in and asked if they had something that would cover the vent and keep the rain from getting in the trailer. They helped on the spot, we were back on the road within 30 minutes and the price was fair as well. I will definitely be back.
