One of the workers announced there was a customer in the store and someone needed to be out front and apparently to let them know to quit cussing. I finally realized I was in the wrong area and eventually found the power steering fluid. Walked to the front and no one was up there... stood there for 30 seconds because I prefer to check out with a person instead of self check out, but still no one came or acknowledged me. I was in a hurry so I went ahead and used the self check out. I'm not a difficult person by any means, but what a lack of customer service. No welcome in, no making sure I was finding everything ok or ask if i need help, no offer to check out my purchase. I'm not asking for much, literally the bare minimum. My visit was on Jan 20th @ 2:43 pm.

I try to think about my purchases so that I don't have to return things, but I did end up returning an inverter a little while ago. I had found a better fit for my car online and so needed to return the inverter which I'd bought here. Super easy process, no hassle, and they ask the right questions to help me more. Thank you guys, AutoZone is AutoZone but the workers at this location make it an AutoHome.
