- FBFelipe BurnsAug 25, 20251.0This location is trying to charge me damage on a rental car that was damaged by a previous renter. .I took photos the day of the rental and the photo's meta data shows that the vehicle was damaged prior to me leaving the lot. It will be easy to prove with transaction records and security records. I brought this to the attention of the Agent on duty at this location before I left. I informed them that the vehicle was damaged and I showed them the pictures. They told me not to worry about it. Now, 2 months later, I magically get a bill for the damage. Very dishonest and fraudulent. I will protest the charges, halt payment, and you will see me in court. Take photos of your car and email them to another individual immediately if you see damage. The metadata should be sufficient, and I also got an image of the car in its original stall before leaving (stall 14). The photos have metadata that will confirm the time taken, but email them to someone just for further timestamps. You obviously can't trust this location.
