- RGRoberto GanozaDec 30, 20251.0Membership Cancellation Issues: I have attempted to cancel my Quick Quack Car Wash membership TWICE over two separate months, both in person and over the phone, and they continue to charge my account anyway. The first month I let it slide, assuming it was an error. After trying again the following month and still being charged, it became clear this is not a simple mistake. Canceling a membership should not be this difficult — unless it’s being made difficult on purpose. I’ve canceled memberships at another car wash in town with zero issues, so I know this process does not have to be complicated. Because of this experience, I am taking my business back to them immediately. This practice feels deceptive and predatory. Customers should not have to monitor their bank accounts or fight to stop unauthorized charges. I am requesting a full refund for all charges that occurred AFTER my cancellation attempts. Due to the lack of resolution, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and disputing the charges. I strongly advise others to avoid signing up for this membership unless you are prepared to deal with ongoing billing issues.
