Justin, Mark, and Kyle were awesome. Great family atmosphere. I would recommend them for as your tv needs. Went above and beyond to make our deal happen.

Total scam. Wish we had not bought from here. We spent more to buy from a dealer because they said they would check everything was working (and made us wait several days to take it home so they had time to do these checks). Our black tank doesn't drain, the sensors in black and fresh tank don't work, the lock was broken... and I'm sure we'll find more. We tried contacting the sales person and their email suddenly no longer works. We missed our 30 day return window waiting to hear back, and now they're charging us $500 just to pour chemicals in the black tank - which didn't actually fix anything. Horrible, awful company. Stay far away.

I brought my RV in on Wednesday April 1st 2026 to look at selling it. Friday evening I got an email containing their inspection where they claimed that the fridge, rang hood, stove, and heater were all broken and, based on those necessary appliances, offered me over $6k less than the offer made. When I responded to the corporate sales department to tell them that those appliances were most certainly functioning they immediately offered $3k more without any further verification. This tells me that they knew that the unit was fully functional but were trying to take advantage of a younger and inexperienced seller. On top of this they kept the keys to my RV when I picked it up.

We had some real problems with our recent consignment with Camping World. edit: They keep asking me to "reach out" and I have. After being passed around to 3 different people, they did nothing and quit responding to me. Main Issues: 1. Broke the bed support by sliding it in the wall and didn't let us know. It cost $135 to fix the bed support. I don't know how much to fix the wall. 2. Cut the wires to the slide out motor on the rear slide out full details in this email I sent to Camping World corperate headquaters. First off the communications were pretty poor. It wasn't selling so We asked to have the price lowered to 124,000 and they lowered the price to 137,000. We asked why that price, but got no response. Someone else asked what the contract price and it was 124,000 so we asked about modifying the contract, again no response and this was a common theme. We decided to get the unit and when we went to pick it up it wouldn't start. Bad battery. We were able to use the house battery to start it. Issue # 2. We thought it would charge up as we drove it but each time we stopped it wouldn't start. We drove it for about 3-4 hours to a repair shop and they charged the battery overnight, and tested it the next day and it was completely dead. That's not your fault, not letting us know there was an issue is. How can you sell a motorhome if it won't start? How long had that been a problem and why didn't you notify us so we could get that repaired. Kind of hard to sell it if it won't start. No one said a thing about the battery. Issue #3. Checking things out we saw that the back bed support that should be folded up when the bed slides in had the hinge broken(see attached photos) and had just been laid back up on the bed, but backwards or upside down, obviously broken. Only thing I can think of is someone left the bed folded down while bringing the slideout in and ran the bed into the wall breaking the hinge. There is also a mark/dent in the wall where the support board would hit if it was run into the wall. Again see attached photos. I don't know how someone could do this as you are inches from the bed as you are pushing the button to bring the slideout in. And again no one said a thing about this. Issue #4. The wires to the bedroom slideout motor were cut. Again see attached photos. When we got home I tried to put the slideout out and nothing happened. I looked underneath and saw the hanging wires that looked like they had been pulled out of their sleeve and cut, spliced and then cut again. There were also some loose wires with clips and other debris and a crescent wrench under there also. I have no idea why anyone would cut those wires. At first I thought they had just been pulled loose but looking at them they were cut and it looks like someone spliced them and then cut them again. And again no one said a thing about this and we didn't discover this until we got home. It just baffles me why these things were done and what kind of business you guys are running. It's one thing to not be able to sell something, but to actually break something is beyond me.

I wanted a small RV to be able to travel with my daughter, son in law and my grandkids. Tod and the Alvarado team took good care of me. They went above and beyond in helping me get into something with low monthly payments, that was right for me. I had a great experience and I was in and out with my RV in record time. I would definitely recommend visiting Camping World in Alvarado to meet your RV needs. Laurie McBride
