- JCJovie CrusadeDec 26, 20255.0A few days right before Christmas we were trying to return the core to a starter which me and my wife were misinformed about the amount of money we were going to receive back but it was not Alton store’s fault. The young man that was helping us (red shirt, Glasses, light skin, hair to one side) told us we were going to get less than what we were originally told. We regrettably got very very upset. Quickly, your manager Greg step in and explained to us. Even after our disbelief Greg patiently and professionally guided us through the receipt. It amazed us both how calmly this gentleman was even after how difficult we were being and even made us laugh about the whole thing afterwards. Sincerely, we would like to apologize for any disturbance we may have caused, and genuinely give thanks to Manager Greg for the 10/10 5 star service. This kind of service will definitely keep us coming back.
