  Came here 3 times to try to get an inspection. First time the machine needed to be calibrated, second time nobody was in, and this third time, I pulled up and some rando barked “NO INSPECTIONS TODAY” at me. Just go across the street

  If I could give 0 stars I would. All I needed was an inspection done 4 people worked on one other car while I waited it’s been over 45min this is the worse service ever.

  Brought my almost new vehicle into this chop shop for a simple oil change and they destroyed it. Stay away from this place. Seriously. Go ANYWHERE ELSE. Something that should have taken 20 minutes has resulted in a non-functional vehicle.

  Did my oil change but never got sticker and wanted to do tire rotation but they had me pay early while finishing up I came across few personal things with baby so wanted to cancel tire rotation with timing. They said it would be fast but got so delayed. They said they will assist with refund with check within 10 days and got my info and got in contact with the store manager or lead Ahmad. Tried to follow up if can get to another store. But never got response or never got check. Tried multiple times calling but nothing happened. Worst valvoline service ever. Would not recommend service and for satisfaction. Wish could talk to their corporate office TBH.

I took my car in for a radiator fluid replacement and, unfortunately, it seems that an incorrect fluid was used. The staff informed me that the fluid was old, as it was blue and needed to be green. During the service, there were also indications that the equipment was not functioning properly due to inadequate pressure, which may have affected the fluid replacement process. While observing the service, I noticed that despite the staff mentioning the use of green fluid, the fluid in my radiator remained blue. This raised concerns for me because I did observe them poring in green fluid (meaning they mixed the fluid), given my limited car knowledge but strong instinct that something was not right. The following day, I decided to take my car to Honda for a second opinion. Their team confirmed that the wrong fluid had indeed been used and required replacement. I learned that failure to correct this issue could have severely damaged my engine. As a returning customer, I have always appreciated the services provided by Valvoline. However, this recent experience has raised significant concerns regarding the quality of service. I feel fortunate to have trusted my instincts, which ultimately helped avoid potential engine damage.
