  1. Mavis cancelled the 5 year alignment package after taking over NTB. 2. My alignment appointment at 1 store was cancelled after the alignment machine broke. 3. I made ann appointment with another store, they did not have the appointment scheduled. 4. The above store said they could align my car immediately, but took 55 minutes to take into bay. 5. They did not inform me the internet was down, so I could not pursue my planned activity during the long wait. I am done with Mavis, I don’t feel they are trustworthy.

  Excellent and fast service. Our car got towed up and they got the tire repaired within 30 minutes. Our number one go to spot for all repairs. Raymond and Kevin are both fantastic!!!

  Patrick and Ray went above and beyond. They were friendly and courteous. The moment I interacted with them I felt confident that they will take good care of me and my car! They did a wonderful job!

  I went to Mavis Tires & Brakes in Allen to repair a flat tire. I was a little apprehensive until I met Patrick. The tire was repaired and mounted, and the temporary tire was stowed neatly in the back of my Passport. The service was less than an hour. I will soon return for maintenance service.
