Zach and chase did an awesome job on my oil
Change and brake job. I could not have asked for a better service or more pleasurable time. They were very fast and accommodating in the lobby.
Very professional and when it was my time to check out, I was told "Sorry for the wait". I was like, its only been 10 minutes. WOW, now thats what I call Customer Service.

I went in for an oil change. Yes, my car had been burning oil as I am told Hyundai‘s do as they get older. Of course, they immediately tried to upsell me with an oil, stabilizer and engine system cleaner. I was waiting outside and after the service, the technician started my vehicle, and I heard a knock and made comment about it. When the vehicle was done, I drove it home, waited about an hour, and then left again to run more errands. I did not even make it a half mile from my house when my car bucked violently and then completely seized up, refusing to start again. I had the vehicle towed to fix and go in Plano and was told by the technician there that the diagnosis was so easy that they were not even going to charge me because it was obvious that quick car Had done the engine service incorrectly, and had “Hydro locked“ my engine. I was told it was one of the easiest diagnoses they have ever made. This of course forced me to go out and buy a new car because as with most people I need one to get back-and-forth to work. When quick car sent out their Investigator He had basically already determined that my engine failure was just the fault of Hyundai’s bad construction, so I knew he would find no fault with his technicians before he even went. When he did arrive fix and go completely changed their story and told him that they did not know what caused it so of course as one would figure standing next to the car and doing no actual work on it he found in favor of his technicians. There is no integrity left in any car repair or oil change service anywhere. I was told several times by the technician at fix and go that “I don’t want to get in the middle of it” which is why They changed their story when the investigator showed up. My best and only advice would be avoid quick car at all costs. Stop going if you were a regular customer and don’t become a new customer if you’re considering them. PS I only chose one star because it wouldn’t let me choose zero.

Zach and the assistant manager (apologies for not recall his name while writing this review), they both were the reason for me leaving this review.
When Zach answered the phone call his level courtesy, customer service and care was very professional, I called 3 or 4 other places that does state car inspection, when I call this Kwik kar location in Allen Zack sound like he enjoys his job, his coworkers, and his salary.
The other business I called (McKinney oil x-change) one of them, the man who answered the phone sound like he doesn't like his job.
I believe in costumer service because I'm in the industry, I give the same I want in return so will not spend my money at a business who doesn't have basic costumer service.
