  Got home from my oil change today at Valvoline Allen and noticed a leak in my driveway. Got underneath the truck and everything was coated in oil and appeared to be leaking from the oil filter. Also worth mentioning the truck scanned under the name of the previous owner and the folks never even confirmed, so my receipt is the old owner of the truck. Manager pressured me to leave a review while there, so here it is…. Have cleaned up all the oil to make sure it’s a leak as opposed to them just leaving a massive mess. Regardless, wont be back.

  Mo was an excellent and kind manager, Antwan came up to me and asked how my experience was and it was amazing. Got my oil changed in about 10 minutes. Very quick very professional, will come back again.

  I had 2 wonderful back to back experiences. Antwane and Kylar were great on my car. So I went directly and got my husband's truck and Bilal, MO and Ameen were also fantastic! The whole team pardon the pun, "runs like a well oiled machine". Keep up the great work we will be continued repeat customers!

  Ive taken my truck to get my oil changed twice, both times they didn't have the oil for my truck. Had to return after they ordered the oil, no problem. The issue is both times they did not adequately tighten my oil filter, which causes the truck to show an oil pressue issue. Happens one time, ok...but again?

  I have or use to have a 2019 Chevy Silverado that I took in just for a oil change and ended up with what started as a oil change to cabin filter and filter under the hood and also rear diff fluid change first I was told the service was going to be only 100+ dollars but then once the work was done it went from 100+ to 280. And I did agree to the service because I never had a problem with their service prior before recent. When I got back back my truck went down due to the battery. So my truck basically sat up for two months. Once I got the battery I drove my truck for maybe a month and my truck started acting up. So then I had my truck towed to mechanic shop and they told me there was no rear diff fluids. So I went up there and talk to the assistant manager and I was told they would get back with me. So my pinion in the rear end broke. So they said that it wasn't there fault but I had no issues with this before this. My truck has been sitting in the shop for about four days and it took me to reach out to customer service to get a response from Valvoline to finally reach back out to me which they said they wouldn't accept fault because of how many miles had been driven since. It would cost me 7,500 to get my rear end fixed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TAKE THERE VEHICLE THERE!!! Had I read the reviews about this location i wouldn't have chosen the service. This is the only place I took my truck to have service done and now I'm without a vehicle to drive. I didn't believe in reviews before this but people please be aware of where you go to have service done or you could end up in my situation
