  Fantastic, went to leave work saw my tire was almost flat. Thankfully they were open and could take a look. They found a screw so far in the tire and it was fixable. Great place, awesome people, and amazing customer service. 10 out of 10 would come back.

  This morning I picked up a nail in my tire and had to quickly decide where to go. Normally, I would automatically go to NTB, but my recent experiences there haven’t been what I was accustomed to in the past. Out of necessity and convenience, I decided to give Mavis Tires another try. I’m glad I did. They quickly assessed the issue, took care of the nail in my tire, and had me back on the road in about 30 minutes. While I waited, they also took the time to show me a few tire options to consider for a future purchase—without being pushy. The customer service attitude is definitely back. Friendly, efficient, and professional service. I truly appreciate the positive experience and will be returning in the future. I really appreciate my tech Landon and the two managers on duty Ben and Kevin.
