- SKSohil Khoja5 days ago1.0Not a good first experience. Went to the McKinney location to get the state inspection. They mentioned their machine is down and sent me to the Allen location stating the store closes at 8:30 pm and they would be able to get the inspection done. Reached the Allen location at 6:45 pm and the manager mentioned that they do not do state inspections after 5 pm. Please update the website if your machines are down or at a minimum make an exception for a customer that was sent from your sister store.

Not only did he take care of my car quickly, they gave me a very reasonable price for repair. He also taught me some important safety info about how and when to replace my tires for which I am supremely grateful. I will definitely be back when it’s time to get my tires changed.

So many places to repair a vehicle, but many times communication is poor and repairs aren’t done properly or they add services that are not needed. Cameron and Brandon delivered superior customer along with knowledge to assist me with my truck tires but also knowledge to assist my son with his Honda . Thanks guys for caring about your customers! We will be back!

Called them up to see if they can install tire Pressure monitoring system, Brandon verified quickly and soon as I arrived, he gave me a quote and got the car in line for service. Super quick, efficient and trustworthy. While we were there a homeless person wandered in and everyone at the shop handled the situation really well in the most humane way possible. They gave him food, water and instructions to the nearest homeless shelter. Restoring everyone’s faith in humanity. Brandon’s followed up to make sure new sensors were not throwing any errors. Will absolutely be going back and referring family
