  Zach and the assistant manager (apologies for not recall his name while writing this review), they both were the reason for me leaving this review. When Zach answered the phone call his level courtesy, customer service and care was very professional, I called 3 or 4 other places that does state car inspection, when I call this Kwik kar location in Allen Zack sound like he enjoys his job, his coworkers, and his salary. The other business I called (McKinney oil x-change) one of them, the man who answered the phone sound like he doesn't like his job. I believe in costumer service because I'm in the industry, I give the same I want in return so will not spend my money at a business who doesn't have basic costumer service. Thanks Zach and the assistant Manager.

  Absolutely amazing!! Not only is their customer service amazing but they actually know what they’re doing and can help you when you’re having an emergency. They saved my life and really went above and beyond! I cannot thank them enough for the service they did on my car!

  The staff is always so polite and friendly here. They ordered the items needed for my 2020 Mini Cooper oil change and I was also able to get my car inspected there too. Great and attentive service every time. Highly recommend.
