  I’ve been coming here for years, but since the change in name and ownership the experience just isn’t the same. I dropped my car off for a tire rotation because the front tires were wearing faster than the rear. Like most people, I had to arrange a ride and coordinate my day around it. I got a call saying the car was ready, picked it up, drove home, and realized nothing had been done. When I called, I was told the front tires were too worn to move to the rear and that I should was advised to buy new tires. I understand the safety reasoning, but no one explained that before pickup and nothing was mentioned when I checked out. What’s frustrating is I was fully prepared to buy a new set from them and even got pricing around $1,200. After this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. A simple phone call and clear communication would have prevented all of this. Very disappointing.

  I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this location. I came in simply to replace one front tire that had just stripped, but instead of helping me with what I asked for, I was repeatedly pressured about the condition of my other tires. It felt less like a safety concern and more like aggressive upselling. I feel like he was trying to take advantage of the fact I am young and a female. While I was there, I noticed a note on a notepad behind the counter that said “black ^bad women.” Another Black woman who walked in saw it as well and asked the employee what it meant. Instead of giving a real explanation, he immediately ripped up the paper and blamed it on a technician, saying he would “talk to them.” As soon as that customer left, he went to the back, and I could hear them all laughing about it. This was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly disturbing to witness in a place of business. On top of that, I was originally told the cheapest tire available was $230. After pushing back, suddenly there was a $145 option. That kind of dishonest pricing only added to the feeling that they were trying to take advantage of me. Overall, the experience left me feeling disrespected, singled out, and uncomfortable. Based on what I witnessed, I would not recommend this location to anyone.
