- ASA StNov 15, 20255.0I needed a state inspection of my car so I could renew my vehicle registration. I pulled into the Express Oil Change center in Allen, Texas, at noon. I expected to wait 20-30 minutes and pay $25 for the service, since that had been my experience at other service centers. Ricky Adame, service manager, immediately took my car in for the inspection. Within minutes, I had the vehicle approval letter in hand. Ricky waived the $18.50 fee as a courtesy. I was surprised and pleased by the service, kindness, and professionalism of Ricky and the Allen Express Oil Change service center. I will take my car there for other services. I recommend this business.
- FPFilipe PintoNov 3, 20252.0I’ve usually in the past thought I liked this place- nice staff, understanding when picking up the car late, fast, and fair… this time though, I dropped off my car to get a look at and they said the car needed a new fuel pump and a couple other things. Couldn’t afford so I move to another mechanic I trust. When it arrived there the mechanic friend I have said the car was just out of gas, and the pump was completely disconnected. Not sure if they were trying to scam me or make a couple other sales but my car is driving fine my fuel pump is working only the sensor is out. Saved me about $1200 going to someone I trust. Not sure I can get myself to come back here any time soon.
