This is absolutely preposterous!!! IVE SEEN THE REVIEWS OF ENTERPRISE STEALING MONEY BUT I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY DID THIS! THEFT IS NOT BUSINESS I demand a full refund of stolen funds from my card. I had already reached out and have not received a call back or response from the onsite team or accounting team.

As I prepared to return the car, I saw a chip on paint which caused me stress. When I reported it at time of return, Camrin calmly explained and showed proof in Enterprise records that this was minor pre-existing damage that would not trigger extra charges.
