My truck broke down in the parkinglot between Brakes Plus and Christian Brothers Automotive shop and BRAKES PLUS went out of their way to supply me with a caliper bracket bolt that I needed to complete the repair. I went to Christian Brothers 1st and they hit me with everything in the book rather than trying to help. Brakes Plus atleast took the time to see if they had the part for me, and we were able to find a matching bolt. They even gave me loctite to put on the bolt threading. I thank GOD for using Brake Plus to help me, I also do roadside service for a living and a few customers I've met have spoken highly of them as well. Every time I call and speak with him he's very professional, knowledgeable, and gets my car taken care of. Now I know he doesn't physically work on the cars but he is the first face you're going to see and the last so we also have to mention the mechanics here as well they do good work tooš Overall I appreciate everyone's service and prices here at Brakes Plus in Allen! They took the time to explain what my car needed without trying to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and my car was ready even sooner than expected. The brakes now feel smooth and reliable, and the price was very reasonable compared to other shops I checked. Itās great to find a place I can actually trust with my car. Iāll definitely be coming back for regular maintenance and will recommend Brakes Plus Allen to friends and family!
