- ESEvein Saavedra3 days ago5.0I had a great experience at Brakes Plus. Yesterday I brought my car in for an alignment, and after picking it up I noticed the steering wheel felt a little wonky. I came back the next morning and they ran a diagnostic to figure out what was going on. Ray was very welcoming and professional, and he kept me updated throughout the entire process which I really appreciated. Since the issue was related to the alignment, they fixed everything at no charge. The supervisor in the shop (I didn’t catch his name) also made sure they took their time to correctly diagnose the issue and fix it the right way. Overall, great customer service and I really appreciate how they handled everything. Highly recommend!

We took our son’s vehicle in for a brake check. They recommended replacing the brake pads. The work was excellent and completed in a timely manner. They included a free tire rotation as well. We highly recommend this place for quick and efficient service.

We’ve had a number of big ticket items this year with one of our vehicles, and Aaron always takes the time to kindly break down the what, why, and how of each repair. This brakes plus location has honest, hardworking people that want to make it right - I’ve never felt out of the loop during a service. Will keep bringing all of my vehicles here as long as Aaron is managing, and they’ve earned our business for sure! Ray is also a great service advisor - always really personable!
