Jeremy was incredibly patient and kind — he took the time to explain everything I needed to know, from choosing the right rod and bait to understanding how everything works. He didn’t make me feel embarrassed for being new to fishing; instead, he made the whole experience fun and exciting. His knowledge and customer service were outstanding, and he made sure I left feeling confident and ready for my first fishing trip. Walked up to the help desk to ask for help and the CSU rep said I don’t have anyone servicing the marina area tonight. He said he would try to have a person come back and help me. After 20 minutes of waiting I walked out. I will never walk through their doors again. Pathetic.

It offers a massive inventory of gear—from fishing, hunting, and camping supplies to boats, branded apparel, and optics. The store is thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to browse and explore different categories. Prices are reasonable, and we were especially impressed with the friendly staff who helped us pick out some fishing gear. Their knowledge and helpful attitude made the experience even better.
