- CMChris MathewsNov 2, 20251.0I normally don't have any problems whenever I need to get a battery replacement, but because there was some issue with management and the store being short staffed, the whole process of changing it out ended up taking close to an hour. I showed up when the store opened at 8AM and there were 3 employees there, all of which were friendly, professional and did the best they could under the circumstances that they were in. They told me that they were all from different stores, and as a result weren't able to process the payment of the new battery because they didn't have the login credentials to this store. We tried numerous times to work around this, but ended up waiting for the manager to arrive 10-15 minutes later to get it sorted out. I'm not so much frustrated about how long this whole ordeal took, but more so of how poorly managed this situation was that ended up causing this whole thing to happen. If your going to have employees from other stores, you need to either have at least one employee there that does have the means to process these types of transactions when the store opens or give the employees from other stores the means to do so in advance just so they can do their job. Again, the employees did the best they could and were very friendly and professional. This is just an oversight that needs to be addressed.
