Kevin L. was extremely helpful in getting me squared away and he also changed the battery for me as well. He was prompt and provided excellent customer service and I greatly appreciated him for doing so.

He made me feel welcome and not a burden. We laughed and it made a potentially terrible morning much better. Give that man a raise and a title if he wants one!
- WWwescarter1Mar 25, 20261.0Autozone does not honor warranty on batteries purchased by a repair shop. Even though I’m the one that paid for a battery, that Autozone sells with a 4 year warranty. Battery date clearly marked 2/25. The manager not helpful. He would only give me a $10 core charge when core charges are $22. Why would he lie about that? It’s hard to find good service after Covid!
