  Worker told me they had the part i was needing in stock, but when i went to pick up the part in person, they told me they didn’t have it.

  Oskar Olivarez, the store manager, came to greet me at the door right away when I was carrying in a car battery. He even offered to carry it in the rest of the way for me. He helped me check its viability and offered to help me carry it back to the vehicle I was in. This is part of what makes good customer service
