The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in and out quickly without sacrificing quality. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and made sure my vehicle was in great shape before I left.
- TTT.V.3 days ago1.0I was surprised to hear that my valid coupon would not apply to me because I was considered a regular customer (meaning I go to the Valvoline Service Center regularly) and it was explained to me that the valid coupons could only be used by infrequent customers. If this is your new policy then I’ll take my “regular” business elsewhere.
- VLVinny L.6 days ago1.0Went on 04/04/2026 around noon. The panel for my oil was not installed properly. As I was driving down the highway, I kept hearing a noise and it was that part of my car scraping the pavement. I had to go to Target and get a screwdriver to take it off. Now my car is damaged and my oil panel no longer fits my car from the damage. I wish I would have never went into this place. I am highly disappointed with a high price for an oil change and I STILL have to pay for the damage done to my car. STAY AWAY! Change your own oil or find an independent mechanic you trust.

I told him we have been bringing that vehicle to that Valvoline store since we bought it in 2001 with 38 miles and now it has 191,910 miles on it. He thought that was awesome and thanked me for being a good customer. Roy was thoughtful and I appreciate his service in the military and we talked about Colorado where he was stationed so good job Roy and good job Valvoline for hiring Roy.
