They took the time to explain the importance of the engine filter and showed me how mine was ready for a new one. They answered all of my questions and didn’t rush me even as it was nearing closing time. This is my Valvoline of choice. Whether it’s replacing the windshield wipers or having them help me with my tire pressure, they’re the friendly people down the road that are always willing to help. Thank you!

I never have an issue making it back within my lunch time and the staff I have encountered are consistently nice and reliable. I don't ever feel I am being upsold, although they do offer the suggested options, and there have been times when I have forgotten to look up a coupon and they have pulled one out for me! I know I will continue to return to this location for speedy and friendly service! Big shout out to the staff for their hard work and excellent customer service.

Also, their equipment for lubricating the car was broken and they could not do it. They said I could come back in a couple of days! Incomplete service.

The service at this place is top tier. Been going here for years and everytime I go it’s always a great experience. They do get busy so go early so your wait won’t be long.
