  The guys were all professional. They enjoyed their team and worked efficiently well together. They communicated professionally with each other as as they multitasked with other customers. Collin was honest with what fluids I needed and he showed me the screen that 2 of my fluids were way passed due to replace for my safety and the life of my vehicle. He did not pressure me to get them done, he was making me aware and he was honest. He explained the purpose of the fluids and I decided it was best to replace and make current. He also asked if I had coupons to make the financial part easier. I will always return to Valvoline for services and stand by the hardworking team that services my safety and life of my vehicle. Thank you to the team, Cesar, Collin, JP and the ones under the bay. Valvoline is the best!

  When checking the air filter they not clip all fasteners. Also oily hand prints all over the front of the hood. We just came from the car wash,.

  The primary individual I was communicating with demonstrated professionalism, excellent attitude, and was very responsive to all my questions. However, I observed that the new person assisting possibly a trainee or on her first day was tasked with removing and reinstalling my air filter. During this process, she encountered difficulties putting it back and despite attempts to force the filter back in, it was clear that she was struggling and may have been causing damage, as papers fell out and it was evident the fit was not proper. Instead of addressing the issue, she left the filter improperly reinstalled and left the glove box open and closed my door, and acted as if nothing was wrong. I promptly informed my main contact, who corrected the situation. All I have to say is it’s OK to ask for help hun but don’t just leave like nothing happened and ensure the task is properly completed rather than walking away without resolution. This is the reason for my disappointment.

  I love their method, Valvoline has a way of doing things I've not "heard" anywhere else, their communication is very good, they are professional, have good personalities, good attitudes. A good bunch

  The technicians at this location were friendly and professional during my visit for an oil change and differential service. However, I was disappointed to find a significant amount of oil left on the housing and underside of my vehicle afterward, with photos clearly showing the issue. This should have been cleaned more thoroughly before returning the vehicle to me. I’m hopeful the services were completed properly, but the lack of cleanup was concerning.
