- DGDJ Gracia2 days ago1.0She was nice- but we had an issue (tech in error drained the transmission fluid and did not refill, we drove off and the car started to fail) the last time we brought the car in and the manager said the next oil change would be free. Nothing was ever put into the system nor was an email sent with a code- so she said nothing they could do. My family has gone to your place for years with all of our cars and been happy with service. Disappointing when someone says “the free oil change is not a big deal, but without the code our system won’t allow us”. Could have offered “If you’d like my manager to contact you I’d be happy to take your information down and connect you.” Instead - nothing.

Camron did a great job explaining everything they were doing during my visit, since it was my first time, and left no questions for me. I really like that no one tried to upsell things I wasn't there for, but let me know that could take care of other services when I need them. Camron and his crew took really good care of me and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

She was rude and suggested that my fiancees coupon wouldn't be accepted since it was already used (even though the coupon was unused and she ended up accepting). She also tried to sell services that my Fiancee car did not need. This employee also belittled my Fiancee pressuring her to have these services done.
