I rented a car to drive 16- 17 hours away to only be told that I have to have the car back by 10:00 AM the day of my return. If I am returning on that day and I’m driving 16 hours 17 hours what time would they give is ridiculous. I hope it is as easy to rent from other rental companies because it’s gonna be hard for me to rent from them again .

Great team . Edit : I believe her name was Amber Rose but she went out of her way to offer a solution even though we weren’t able to get one
