    The staff workers were very kind & professional… I just got in the renal car & noticed the gas light came on not even before I left the rental office… I just feel that their should be a standard for customers to have gas in the vehicle upon arrival - I literally thought that I was gonna run out of gas trying to locate a station. I returned the vehicle with gas because if that’s the standard of Enterprise… I didn’t want the next customer to deal with that same thing. Other than that… the 2 male workers that I dealt with upon arrival and return were VERY kind and professional… they represented the Enterprise brand well in my real opinion.

    This location has the best staff. There was not one person who wasn't friendly. They worked with all the hiccups the party at faults insurance was giving. I highly recommend this location. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

    Despite my initial reluctance to leave a review, I felt compelled to share my experience with Enterprise rental branch in this location. Unfortunately, it has been the most unsatisfactory experience I have encountered. The representative who assisted me exhibited poor customer service skills and lacked the necessary work ethic. As a customer service representative myself, I felt compelled to address this issue directly with the assistant and branch manager, as it reflects poorly on the company’s reputation for providing excellent customer service. On the positive side, the assistant manager was exceptional and upgraded my rental to a Waggoner, which I was not initially interested in. I was also informed that I would receive two complimentary retail rentals as a reward for being an Emerald member and poor customer service. However, I was later informed that they would reach out to the regional manager due to those free rentals not being applied. When I returned the vehicle, the branch manager assured me that I would receive these rentals. He promised to contact his regional manager to investigate the matter and provided a deadline of January 14, 2026. As of January 22, 2026, no progress has been made. I have emailed the branch manager again, but have yet to receive a response. In light of these experiences, I intend to refrain from renting from this location in the future, as long as I reside in Dallas. I can confidently say that I rented from the Lewisville location on January 20, 2026, and the staff there provided exceptional service. The Addison location should consider implementing similar training programs to ensure that its employees understand their responsibilities and the importance of providing excellent customer service. Given my dissatisfaction and discomfort with the current situation, I will be reaching out to higher-level management to address this matter.

    We rented a car from enterprise through Costco and got decent pricing for the rental, but I would *highly recommend not renting from this location*: - We made a reservation to pickup the vehicle, but I had to wait 45 minutes before the car was ready, 15 minutes after the store closed. - At that time, to make up for the long wait, the store associate offered us a $100 discount and said we could return the car on empty and they would refuel for free. This made up for the long wait at the time, but our final bill did not reflect these discounts, despite the reminder at the counter and multiple calls to the store directly and to the general enterprise customer service line to get this corrected. Our overall charge was $360 and it should have been at least $100 less than this (additional charging errors are mentioned below). - Additionally, we returned the vehicle over 24 hours early and this was not accounted for in our final bill. - Renting through Costco meant that we had an additional driver on the rental agreement for free, but this was not reflected on the rental agreement we received via email. We called the store to confirm that the second driver had been included in the agreement (they took both drivers licenses when we picked up the vehicle so we assumed both drivers had been named in the rental agreement) but they had not. They said the only way to add the second driver to the agreement was to stop in an enterprise store in-person, which was very frustrating since we had already spent so much time at this store. We stopped at an Enterprise in Omaha NE to take care of this and it was quick and easy which made it clear than the operational issues I’m dealing with are specific to this Addison location, not Enterprise as a whole. - Lastly, the vehicle smelled like weed and was missing back seat head rests, which effectively turned the 5 passenger vehicle into a 2 person vehicle as it’s not safe to sit in a seat without a head rest. Again, I had waited so long for the vehicle and received it after the store had closed so I should have mentioned this at the time I received the vehicle but the reassurance that we would receive a discount prevented me from getting back out of the car and taking more time at the rental place, as we were leaving early the next morning for our road trip. If I hadn’t already reached out to the store multiple times to resolve this directly without any resolution, I would not be putting this out publicly but the lack of response from the store has led me to leave this review. I’m hoping this will encourage the store to process the $100 discount they promised + the credit for returning the vehicle early + removing the fuel refill fee that they said would be taken care of, but if not at least this will warn others to rent from another Enterprise location or another car rental company.
