  Waited for an hr and a half. Had cars come later than I did and took them 5mins in and out. While I waited in line forever legit left almost an hr after closing

  They were rushing me.. they did not change my filter when I requested it. They told me they couldn’t reach it .. I was so pissed!. I had to ask for liquid to be refilled and ask them to check tire pressure and to refilled them!!! I always use this company I felt I could trust.. the experience was by far the worse!!!! Do something the brand is going down fast!!

  Just had my oil changed and boy let me tell ya, anything that could have went wrong, did. By no fault of any technician there though! Sometimes these things happen. My oil change took a little longer but because all of the techs here today were diligent in verifying their work they caught some things that would have been pretty bad! Thank yall so much for going the extra mile to make sure me and my vehicle were good to go and safe! Been coming here for years and it’s because of the professionalism, friendliness, efficiency and value. Keep up the good work!

  The people at this location are amazing the whole crew they keep it real they don’t pressure you in to getting unnecessary stuff {for ex(a gentleman showed me what my air filter looked like it wasn’t to bad he agreed on that and said that I didn’t need to change it but I still could if I wanted)} even with there first bay not working they got the other 3 people out very quickly and they are very organized and make sure that you know everything going on with your vehicle I would recommend this place to everyone in Abilene

  Went there today for an oil change and waited over an hour and a half in line (only a car or two behind). Cars were taking 30-45 minutes to move. Would have been fine if they warned us they were short staffed or things were taking a while. Couldn’t bare being there another hour so ended up just leaving.
