I paid $22 for the Platinum Exterior wash for my truck, and it came out still muddy — it honestly looked like it wasn’t even washed. I’m extremely disappointed that I basically lost $22 on this car wash. I ended up having to go to a self-serve wash and clean it myself afterward. I would appreciate someone from management reaching out to make this right or provide a refund, because this was definitely not the service that was paid for. Until then, I would recommend saving your money and going somewhere else.
