  I had an outstanding experience at the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Abilene thanks to Matthew, Taylor, and Elizabeth. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right vehicle. They made the process smooth, answered all my questions with patience, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my purchase. Their teamwork and customer service were exceptional. I highly recommend working with them if you’re looking for a top-tier car-buying experience in Abilene!

  UPDATE: I received a call from Spencer. He said that he was told to call me and let me know that if I still wanted the vehicle it was mine at the price and deal originally met. They went above and beyond to make this right. I am so grateful. Spencer is an amazing salesman. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Mercedes of Abilene! UPDATE: As of February 28, 2025 the dealership has not received its dealer license. After reading the reviews, I am a bit confused. As of Friday February 21st, the dealership had not received their license to sell vehicles. I went to look at a vehicle on Monday, February 17th. I fell in love with it. However, as I mentioned the dealership could not sell cars until their dealer license was issued by the State of Texas. I went back on the 18th to show the vehicle to my husband. He loved it too. We planned to purchase the vehicle. We had a great salesman, Spencer. Spencer stayed in touch all week letting me know that they had not received their license. Over the weekend I noticed on line that the price of the vehicle increased $10,000!! I texted Spencer to see if that was correct. He said that the manager told him that the price had been adjusted to meet 'market value'. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing this vehicle! I guess I will take my business elsewhere.
