I don't mind phone routing systems but the ones they offer don't speak to my question...which was simply if they can provide OEM glass. If they can't answer a phone, I'm not sure I want them working on my windshield or the technology behind it. The dealership answered the phone promptly, answered my specific questions, and provided me a quote...all by way of a real human! Dealership it is.

Waited another week for new windshield and when it came in the service tech wanted $140 before he could install because the price of the windshield had gone up. I said no. He got it fixed but he had to use my inconvenience discount to cover the difference so I ended up paying full price even after they broke one and made me wait an extra week. Then after tech was done, I got in my car to drive home and there were wires hanging out from under my dash and a piece of trim came loose that was from my hood to my roof once I got on the road. I had to call service tech back out to get those fixed. All and all I got a new windshield but it was not a smooth transaction.

It was just a few miles and the tech was good with it. This guy was in and out in 39 minutes and 21 seconds. Yes, I timed him. He said 40 so I was testing him. I was very impressed so far. WE HAVE NOT HAD RAIN YET so I don’t know about leaks yet but I’m not concerned.
