How was I to know that if I made my reservation with the airport!?! Not only that but they ran out of cars. So I called the other thrifty location, canceled my reservation since I had no way to get there and went to the next available desk which was National. Elizabeth did a wonderful job in hooking me up with the Emerald package and I was on my way within ten min. She provided the best customer service and I was very pleased. Thank you Elizabeth!
