- PFPamela Fields2 days ago5.0I flew into Texas and went to thrifty to get my rental car, waited 45 min but my reservation was at another location. How was I to know that if I made my reservation with the airport!?! Not only that but they ran out of cars. So I called the other thrifty location, canceled my reservation since I had no way to get there and went to the next available desk which was National. Elizabeth did a wonderful job in hooking me up with the Emerald package and I was on my way within ten min. She provided the best customer service and I was very pleased. Thank you Elizabeth!

It would be helpful if Hertz would remove it from Google etc... It's very frustrating to go to an office that is closed! Otherwise, great service.
