  Paid $14 for a car wash. The person applying the cleaner to the front of the car didn’t even try to get it on the front bumper. Two vacuums out of order and they want you to pay to use a towel? Poor quality service and wash.

  Never gets the back of my car clean. I’m sure you’ve got other complaints on this as the people coming out ahead of me still have dirty rear ends. Please fix this issue!

  Update: This is an operator training problem. I went through another location and the center brush was allowed to run. Zero issues and while still not 100%, it was understandable and acceptable give the of shape of a Jeep and spare tire location. Is suggest finding a way of standardizing company wide how each model is washed. I took my 2-door Wrangler through yesterday and you can see the results in the pictures. I didn't notice how bad it was until I got out a few minutes later. I was told; 1) Because of the flat windshield on my Jeep, the brushes on their equipment couldn't clean the center of the vehicle, and 2) while they'd make an exception this time, but in the future if I left the property I could not come back even a few minutes later to report a problem. I'm not sure who gets out of there car and checks to see if the equipment did a good job on exiting the "tunnel"... I've never seen anyone do that. And I'm not sure what they're trying to protect themselves as the only people that would come back the same day are people where the first pass through didn't get the job done. The pictures speak for themselves. For obvious reasons, I would not go here if you have a Jeep (we have two) and likely won't return to any Mister Car Wash location after 10 years of about 4-6 times a month between my wife and I. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is the sides were somewhat clean and they at least tried a second time.
