When I called back, I was again immediately placed on hold for about fifteen minutes. The woman who answered the phone acted like I was inconveniencing her by needing to use this business. I took my business elsewhere. Can't trust a business when they're gonna gaslight you over the phone and treat you poorly before you even stepped foot in their establishment. I won't bother you with my business again.

Caliber Collision won out. There were two completely different attitudes over the phone. I will choose the place who shows kindness, patience, and grace all day. Thanks to caliber for being so kind and patient with me and understanding the predicament I was in. There is not an order number. I was trying to decide who to choose to repair my vehicle. The person that answered showed little to no patience and sounded very annoyed at my questions. If you want me to call and speak with the owner/manager, please provide a name and direct number and I'll happily call and talk to them. You guys may do great work but I'll never find out because if the person that answers the phone represents how I'll be treated then I'll pass.
