My wife and I are a miltary family that just move to town. We had alot of moving pieces with the move and the team at Enterprise ensured renting a car was no sweat! Dont choose anywhere else in Abilene for a rental, except Enterprise!

They do not provide spare tires and a not working air pump. And after 2 hours on hold (total) we were told to call 911 which they could not help us either apparently. So we were stranded all night in 40 degree weather for 4 hours until a family member could pick us up. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. We could like a CONPLETE AND FULL refund for this awful experience.
