  🙋🏿‍♀️Last month I went to this AutoZone 🚗 because my vehicle was having a slow start, and I received help from a gentleman there who went above and beyond what I expected. The kind gentleman troubleshot the problem and didn’t just assume. He started off with his routine checks, concluding that I needed a new battery, and I trusted his opinion/recommendation. He cleaned the battery terminal area because I had a leak coming from my old battery. I appreciated that because he didn’t have to do all that. That was above and beyond what I expected of him. He was patient, personable, knowledgeable, respectful, customer friendly, all the above. Lastly, provided an overall outstanding customer service satisfaction. Most of all, he treated me like a human being worthy of respect, dignity, good quality customer care.🧍🏾‍♂️He’s going to make a great mechanical engineer and auto shop owner someday or anything else he decides or desires. He’s definitely has a rarely seen good work ethic for his age group. Just an honest observation and opinion. 🙏🏿Thank you for your service, patience, kindness, professionalism, maturity, outstanding customer service experience, a model for your peers to emulate at work, and most of all, for caring and taking care of me as a walk in customer with plans for a 31/2 hour commute the same day, right after my battery was changed. You made that happened. The tech helped increased my confidence in getting back on the road for a long cumute to an important event. He didn’t even know me. We had never met before either. I was just a random customer who walked in seeking help. The gentleman got me in and out of there so that I was able to commute and head towards my final destination that day. I highly recommend going to this AutoZone for your vehicle part requirements/needs.   There were several employees here. None of them were very helpful. I will not be back at this location.

  Good store for general automotive items easy in and out location.

  Our idler pulley went out south of abilene and tore up our serpentine belt. We were able to limp to this location. The employees were super nice and helpful. They wrote off the tools I needed to borrow for store use so I didnt have to buy them and helped out with an additional discount tire on top of everything.
